A letter to Dell computers and there POOR service!

 

The computer was bought within the last few weeks,  problems of false claims in the invoice and with there service. This is a total lack of honesty in there advertisement.

 Well, Dell has now placed two strikes against any future purchases by me or
anyone else I can influence. Upon contacting customer service concerning
the free windows 7 upgrade  as listed on the original order (Copied Below), I
was told that I should have ordered a different operating system to qualify.
It is listed very plainly on the original order that there is a free windows
7 upgrade , as well as the home basic system that was supplied. Dell not
only is doing a lousy job of customer service, but it appears to be outright
deceptive marketing as well. I have little hope of seeing any corrections
being made, but rest assured that I will make sure to explain my experience
to anyone that mentions doing business with Dell.
